Meet Misasha

A graduate of Harvard College and Columbia Law School, Misasha Suzuki Graham has been a practicing lawyer for over 20 years and is also a writer, speaker, podcaster and storyteller - not necessarily in that order.

Deeply passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, Misasha focuses on advancing these values both within the legal profession and in her community. She writes and speaks on issues of racial and social justice, particularly with a focus on youth. Misasha is the co-author of Dear White Women: Let’s Get (Un)comfortable Talking About Racism, and the co-host of What Do You Mean By That?, an award-winning social justice podcast.

She has been featured on FOX, NBC, Good Day LA, Forbes, and other various news and media outlets, has spoken and moderated in front of law firms, corporations, schools, and other community organizations, and recently gave a TEDx talk on the link between asking questions and affirming our humanity.

Misasha is the proud daughter of a Japanese immigrant father and White mother, and the equally proud mom of two very active multiracial tween boys.
